Doha, 22 March 2023: Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has announced changes to the operating hours of a number of services for the Holy Month of Ramadan.
All emergency and inpatient services across HMC’s network of hospitals including Pediatric Emergency Centers will continue to operate as normal, 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

The Nesma’ak Customer Service helpline, 16060 will continue to operate 24 hours a day seven days a week.
Outpatient Department Clinics
Our OPD clinics will run as usual and in conjunction with the Urgent Consultation Service between 9am and 2pm, Sunday to Thursday.

Clinical Imaging Call Center
Will operate as usual from Sunday to Thursday from 8am to 6pm, and on Saturday from 8am to 2pm. Patients can call or WhatsApp this service on 44393377.
