Doha, 1 July, 2019: Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has again partnered with the organizers of Summer Entertainment City – one of the largest family events held in Qatar.
Joining the Qatar National Tourism Council (QNTC), Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC), and QSports as a strategic partner, HMC is providing the support of its Ambulance Service for the large-scale event, which is now in its sixth year.
“We are inviting all visitors at the event to pass by HMC’s interactive stand to find out about our services and the important role we play in the community,” said Mr. Nasser Al Naimi, Deputy Chief of Quality at HMC, Center for Patient Experience and Staff Experience (CPESE) and Director, Hamad Healthcare Quality Institute (HHQI).
“Summer Entertainment City is a major family-friendly, business, and tourism event that brings together families and the community. This is the second year we have been involved in Summer Entertainment City and HMC is pleased to again play a key role in supporting this popular annual event. Participating in such events is part of our commitment to engaging and interacting with the community as well as educating a wider audience about HMC’s facilities and services,” added Mr. Al Naimi.
Summer Entertainment City 2019 offers a variety of activities for the whole family, including shopping areas, a food market, a play area, and cultural shows. Running until 13 July at the DECC, the indoor family entertainment event features more than 100 games and activities, live performances, more than 120 retail stalls, and 42 food outlets.
