Parking & Transport Services

  • General Parking: Free parking is available throughout the hospital campus.
  • Reserved Parking: Designated slots are available for individuals with disabilities.
  • Valet Parking: Offered for a minimal fee at the following locations 
    • Main Entrance and Outpatient Buildings A & B: 6 AM - 3 PM
    • Adult & Pediatric Emergency Entrances: 6 AM - 11 PM
  • Taxi Station: Located near the main entrance for easy access. 

Mobility Assistance

  • Wheelchairs: Available at the main entrance, emergency departments, and outpatient clinics.
  • Elderly and Special Needs Support: Priority assistance is provided by hospital staff to ensure comfort and ease of movement and accessibility for individuals aged 60 years and above, as well as individuals with special needs.

Additional Facilities & Services

  • Banking Services: A full-service bank and ATM are located in the main lobby.
  • Wi-Fi: Complimentary wireless internet is available throughout the hospital for use on personal devices.
  • Telephone Access: Patients can make free local landline calls from inpatient rooms by dialing “9” followed by the number.

Spiritual & Dining Services

  • Prayer Areas: A mosque is located in the main lobby, with additional separate male and female prayer rooms for privacy and reflection.
  • Dining: Cafeteria and chocolate shop are located in the lobbies of Al Wakra Hospital and Al Maha Pediatric Specialized Care Center. Food and coffee vending machines are placed throughout the hospital.

General Guidelines

  • Smoking Policy: In accordance with Qatar law, smoking is strictly prohibited on all hospital grounds.
  • Laundry: The hospital laundry service is strictly reserved for cleaning bed linens and towels provided by the hospital.
  • Device Charging: Please bring your personal mobile device chargers and speak to staff for safe usage guidance.

Our Security Team is available 24/7 to maintain a safe and secure environment for all patients, visitors, and staff. If you have safety concerns or need assistance with personal belongings, please speak to any hospital staff member or contact the security office at the main entrance.
