At the end of the forum, the participants will be able to:
- Identify how flow, safety and value improvement science is applied in health care and what are possible improvement outcomes for populations with diverse needs through partnerships between health systems and communities.
- Understand that a system is critical to improving a process, and what are methods and tools to achieve this and what is the level of leadership and resilience needed for the sustainable improvement efforts.
- Understand that interprofessional ‘joyful’ teams conducting improvement project, including an aim, measures, and iterative tests of change, evolve into reliable, standard work that results into better patient experience and patient safety
