Dr. Hussam Al Soub

Dr. Hussam Al Soub currently holds the position of Snr. Consultant, Infectious Diseases at Hamad Medical Corporation and is Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College – Qatar.

He graduated from Jordan University with MBBS degree in 1979 and completed the Jordan Board in Internal Medicine in 1984 and the Arab Board in Internal Medicine in 1989.
He has been a Fellow of the American College of Medicine (FACP) since 2003.
A member of many committees locally, Dr. Hussam currently chairs the research committee in the Infectious Diseases Division at HMC.

He is a reviewer in several journals and is an Editor of Lancet Middle East.

Dr. Hussam is very interested in research and has had more than 70 articles published in local, regional and international journals.
