
Ridha Miladi
Mr. Ridha Miladi is a Clinical Program Manager - at HMC (Medical Affairs) & seconded at the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy- SCDL (Medical Affairs) as Healthcare Operations Manager.
Mr. Miladi has more than 35 years of healthcare experience with diverse leadership practice and management, exposure to perform operations, planning and organizing skills, and healthcare management.
He graduated from the University of Medicine, Sfax, Tunisia with an “Applied bachelor’s degree in Anesthesia & ICU”. Ridha has experience of 5 years as a Senior Anesthesia Technologist, additional of 10 years of experience in Emergency and Pre- Hospital Care in Tunisia.
At HMC- Qatar, he has managed many programs and projects under the direct supervision of Dr. AbdulWahab Al Musleh for more than 24 years. He has six years in the Clinical Information Systems Program (CIS) as CIS Specialist and Assistant to the Executive Chief Medical Information Officer. He played a vital role in managing the day-to-day activities & mentoring the CIS staff in all phases of the EMR implementation in all HMC facilities. Ridha has 10 years of significant experience in accomplishing and developing training strategies, improving quality and utilization management programs at Hamad International Training Centre HITC – HMC as Project Manager, Public Education Program Director & International Instructor in many Emergency Courses (EMT, Cardiac Life support, Trauma Life Support & Disaster Management). He also participated in managing the Emergency Medical Services in Qatar for five years. He played an outstanding role under the direction of Dr. Al Musleh in initiating and developing advanced pre-hospital care services. Ridha contributed and continues contributing to the management of major Medical Events in HMC as “HIMSS Qatar Conference and Exhibition HIMMS” - Qatar - 2017, “the 4th World Academic Congress of Emergency Medicine (WACEM 2018)”, and mainly “Qatar Health Conference & Exhibition” events.
Seconded at the SCDL from 2019, Ridha continues sharing with SC – Medical Affairs Team for operational planning, design, and coordination for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, in addition to the execution for all tests and readiness events leading up to Mega Event QFWC2022.
