A Doctor and Mental Health Specialist with extensive experience in psychiatric units for both adults and children. As a mental health researcher, Dr Frias focuses on epidemiology, psychiatric promotion, early detection and the care of mental health symptoms in the general population. Currently serving as the Nursing Coordinator of the Child Psychiatry Service at the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona and as an Associate Professor at the University of Barcelona and Ramon Llull University. Dr Frias is dedicated to promoting and improving mental health and well-being, particularly among healthcare personnel, through organizational and individual/psychosocial interventions. Committed to advancing nursing knowledge, Dr Frias strives to provide evidence-based and scientifically sound nursing care.
