I have an exceptional capacity to multitask with about 11 years of experience in Emergency care including 6 years of training Emergency staff nurses. I have a Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration and a Post Graduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education. I am the Nurse Educator who provides support for ED - HGH. I have the ability to lead, teach and motivate outstanding healthcare teams that provide top quality patient care. I participated in Clinical Care Improvement Training Program – Project. I am the Nurse planner for the Foundations in Emergency Nursing and the Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale. I am the current lead for the Preceptor Development Program. I continue to ensure that I am meeting the standards of the DNMER by adhering to its mission vision in promoting evidence based practice for nurses working at HMC.
