Ms. Gladys obtained her BSN degree from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, and her MSN degree from the University of Phoenix. Her 25+ years in Nursing have allowed her to gain a variety of personal and professional experiences working with adult and pediatric patients. She has worked as a Staff Nurse, Charge Nurse, Unit Educator, and Preceptor within the Emergency Department and Ortho-Neuro Observation Units. A series of “happy accidents” guided her to the world of Trauma Administration, where she has worked as a Trauma Registrar, Patient Safety & Quality Coordinator, Trauma Program Manager and her current role.
