Ms. Nadya is a certified fellow in Person-Centered Care (PCC) and recognized by Planetree being the Executive Champion for two departments attaining Planetree Gold Standard for PCC Certification.
She became the first Qatari Case Manager responsible for both In-patient and Community patients and developed the process to support nurses in the community.
She has an enormous experience particularly in the community healthcare setting and she had a played a key role in establishing the structure of HHCS and in achieving JCI accreditation and reaccreditation which is first in Middle East. She is also appointed as Community Nursing Lead for COVID-19 facilities since COVID-19 started.
Ms. Nadya holds master’s degree in Public/Policy Administration and completed Leadership Program from Qatari Leadership Centre. She obtained Business, HR Management and Public Relation Diploma from Cambridge College in UK.
