Ms. Alanoud Hamad R N Al-marri
Ms. Alanoud is currently appointed as Executive Director for Corporate Nursing and Midwifery Workforce at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC), State of Qatar. HMC is one of the largest medical services provider with more than fourteen (14) hospitals and employ over 12000 nurses assigned across all HMC facilities.
Ms. Alanoud obtained her Master degree in Nursing Leadership and Management at Calgary University – Qatar. As a healthcare professional with dual degrees in Nursing and Respiratory Therapy, she was awarded a Fellowship in Healthcare Managing Quality. Her previous role as Credentialing and Licensing Manager provided her the leadership and managerial skills required for her promotion to Executive Director of Nursing, Workforce.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Ms. Alanoud collaborated with Ministry of Public Health in the recruitment and deployment of nurses to various covid facilities. Further, she also played an active role during the Fifa World Cup 2022 in the deployment of nurses to the event venues.
In her present role, she provides strategic advise to the Executive team and manages issues related to Recruitment, Promotions, and workforce status. Ms. Alanoud is a visionary Leader and totally committed to ensure high quality, compassionate, safe and patient centered care to the community of Qatar.
