Ayman Tardi is an Assistant Executive Director of Nursing at Al Wakra hospital – Hamad Medical Corporation.
Ayman has more than 30 years’ experience in nursing, joined HMC on 1999. The last 11 years are in nursing management. He is the operational lead for Outpatient Department and Capacity Management at Al Wakra hospital.
Ayman had his bachelor’s degree in nursing sciences from University of Jordan, and his master’s degree in nursing education from University of Jordan in 1997.
Ayman has acquired many certifications over the past years which include Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Project-based, HHQI Improvement Leadership Program, and many more. He also has been an instructor for Advanced Life Support courses under European Resuscitation Council and Hamad Medical Training Centre.
He led and participated in many improvement projects like decreasing waiting time to get appointment for newly referred Qatari patients to OPD – AWH, Flow improvement projects, optimizing bed utilization, Leadership interact with staff and many more.
Ayman has a special interest in education, workforce management and quality improvement.
