Considering COVID-19 pandemic it was important to celebrate World AIDS Day (1 December) with the World Health Organization and show support for the fight against Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) especially with COVID-19. The theme undertaken was ‘Shared responsibility’ and ‘Together we can make a difference’. The celebration targeted healthcare workers (HCWs) and the public to encourage awareness, prevention, testing, treatment, and education. Messages were shared throughout the community in Doha Festival City, Aspire Park, and HMC facilities.
