Crisis Standards of Care: The Risk Management Perspective

As COVID-19 continues to impact health care facilities across the US, many states are looking to implement a Crisis Standards of Care Plan due to staffing and resource shortages. This new standard of care will have ramifications for future malpractice cases, and recommendations will be shared on how to best document CSOS decisions and status.
