
Naseem Almulla
Naseem Almulla is a Saudi Arabian healthcare leader with 20 years of experience in quality improvement, patient experience, and organizational excellence. She holds a BSc in Health Promotion, an MSc in Medical Education, a Diploma in Healthcare Quality Management, and the CPHQ designation. She is a Planetree Fellow in Person-Centered Care, CPXP certified, and trained by Press Ganey in Patient Experience Leadership and Service Excellence. Naseem is also an EFQM Assessor and certified in Value-Based Healthcare, and she is a sought-after international speaker on patient experience and outcomes.
Currently, she serves as Director of Beneficiary Experience at the Council of Health Insurance, leading initiatives such as Patient Reported Outcomes Measures and Person-Centered Care capacity building in collaboration with local and international partners. Her achievements include building interdisciplinary teams that drive measurable improvements in hospital performance and designing localized service excellence programs. She also provides advisory and training support to multiple governmental and private healthcare organizations across Saudi Arabia, helping to advance patient-centered care and healthcare outcomes.
