Jill Adolphe
Session Title: New Tools to Advance Patient and Family Engagement and Promote Co-Design: Created BY Patients FOR Patients, Providers and Organizations
Jill Adolphe, FPCC, has chaired Planetree’s Patient and Family Partnership Council (PFPC) since 2022. She has been involved in healthcare for 25+ years, chairing several PFPCs. Jill’s lived experience as a patient and family caregiver complements her extensive PCC training and unwavering passion to transform the patient/family/provider experience through authentic engagement and collaborative partnerships.
As Founder of Care 2 Collaborate, she has in-depth knowledge gained from years of working with patients/families, healthcare organizations/providers, academic and government institutions, and policy makers to advance person-centered care (PCC).
Jill holds an HBA in Economics (University of Toronto) and a graduate Business Degree (London School of Economics).
