Adel Al-Shabaan is the Founder and Managing Director of Health.Links, working in partnership with Press Ganey, the global leader in driving improvement in healthcare.
During his 20-year career, he had the opportunity of obtaining a wide knowledge in the healthcare industry across various domainson Research, Marketing and Provision.
Adel is very passionate about improving patient experience in the Middle East through developing programs that would help patients receive the care they deserve and support them in their healing journey.
He holds a master’s degree in Biopharmacy from King’s College London.
