Dr. Renate Claassen

Dr. Renate Claassen is a Consultant in Medicine for the Elderly at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. She delivers inpatient care to older patients and works in the acute frailty service. She provides specialist care in the multidisciplinary memory clinic and serves as co-chair of the Dementia Strategy Group at Cambridge University Hospitals. Dr. Claassen is an accredited Educational Supervisor and has been involved in the Cambridge Dementia Course since 2023, providing education on cognitive disorders. She is also the local audit lead for the National Dementia Audit.
