Dr. Mihaela Cosmina. Micu
In 1993 Dr. Micu earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy - Iuliu Hațieganu Cluj- Napoca,, Romania. She began her rheumatology career in Cluj- Napoca, in 1997, when she first developed keen interest in chronic inflammatory rheumatic diseases.
Since 2008, Dr. Micu has worked in the Rheumatology Division - Rehabilitation Clinical Hospital, Cluj– Napoca, as a rheumatologist. She remains active in several fields of interest including musculoskeletal ultrasound and diagnosis, monitoring and guided interventional manoeuvres, rheumatoid arthritis, spondylarthropaties, osteoarthritis, pregnancy, and rheumatic diseases.
Dr. Micu also serves as a speaker and instructor for several ultrasound EULAR endorsed courses in Romania and abroad .She has published numerous papers within her various fields of expertise. In addition, Dr. Micu served as a reviewer of several noteworthy journals.
Dr. Mihaela C. Micu was born on 17 July 1969. She is married and has two teenage sons.
