On the day of your appointment
Please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment time. We may need our nurse to complete an assessment before you see the specialist doctor at your appointment time.
Please do not arrive more than 45 minutes before your appointment. We are protecting our waiting areas from being overcrowded so that you have a calm area when you visit us.
More than 15 minutes late for your appointment?
We will need to reschedule your appointment for another day.
We will make sure you do not have long waiting times by making sure patients that are late or patients with no appointment do not take up your appointment time.
What to bring with you
It is important that you bring the following items to your appointment. If you don’t have essential documents we may not be able to see you and may have to change your appointment.
