The
Debriefing Workshop was developed by Itqan Clinical Simulation and Innovation Center to support practice of debriefing strategies. Debriefing is a post-simulation discussion that helps participants understand their actions and thoughts to improve learning and clinical performance. The workshop is ideal for clinicians and healthcare educators who want to learn and practice debriefing skills using a debriefing framework.
Intended Audience: All healthcare providers and educators from HMC who are interested in learning and improving their debriefing skills using the PEARLS debriefing framework.
Continuing Professional Development: Category 1: 4 Hours
Location: Itqan Clinical Simulation and Innovation Center
Dates: Thursdays (except 1st Thursday of the month)
Class Size: A maximum of 8 learners can attend each workshop. The workshop will not run with fewer than 4 participants.
