Ms. Zenat Mohammed​​​​

Ms. Zenat, a Quality Management and Improvement Reviewer at the HGH Pediatric Department since 2014.

Ms. Zenat joined HMC in 2009 as a staff nurse and then was promoted to case manager, she has more than 18 years of various experience at Hamad Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC).

She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Calgary at Qatar and a master's Degree in Genomics and Precision medicine from Hamad Bin Khalifa University.

In the capacity of health quality and patient safety, she played a vital role in establishing the first intradepartmental Quality and Patient Safety (QPS) Committee in the Department of Pediatrics at Hamad General Hospital (HGH). She She underwent IHI's training programs and other local Quality Improvement programs by HHQI and the corporate quality department.

Ms. Zenat led different quality improvement initiatives within the department and has been awarded the Stars of Excellence Award by E.E. Dr. Hanan Al-Kuwari along with the pediatric team for the noblest project" Improving the Pediatric Code Blue Team Response and Performance". She also led and has been a team member in different Quality Improvement Initiatives. Presented More than 10 Posters at the IHI Middle East forum during the period 2015 to 2023. She shared her and her team's QI initiatives at the International Conference. She has 3 abstract publications at the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the British Medical Journal (BMJ).​
