Senior Consultant Intensivist SICU. Associate section Head SICU Hamad General Hospital. Lead of Electrolyte project. 19 years of experience in Hamad Medical Corporation. Has a passion in bringing innovative changes in patient care in a critical care setup. Some of the changes made is SICU were Liberation from Restraints, Early mobilization critically ill patients including ventilated patients, Safety Huddle culture, Medication Reconciliation, Glycemic control of critically ill patients, Reduction in cancellation of elective surgical procedures are some of the initiations has proved successful in SICU.
Sujith has created multiple guidelines and protocols which are approved at corporation level in HMC.
Sujith has published and presented most of the Quality improvement projects conducted in SICU at National and International Journals and conferences.
