Graduating with a BSc in Nursing from India in 2006, I joined Hamad Medical Corporation in 2019, specializing in the Heart Failure unit. Since 2022, I've efficiently undertaken acting charge nurse duties while supporting the unit. Actively involved in value improvement projects and serving as a team member in Person Centered Care for Planetree accreditation. Additionally, I've led the CLASBI task force team. I've completed the Quality Improvement Championship program Bronze level and attended the WISH conference in 2022.
