Neethu Luciya Joseph, a passionate nurse educator at the Women's Wellness and Research Center (WWRC) in Qatar, holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India, and a diploma in supervisory management. Neethu serves as a nurse educator in critical care units, perioperative units, and the section of reproductive medicine at WWRC.
She also serves as an instructor at the Hamad International Training Center and an Affiliated trainer at Al Negwa Academy of the HMC Human Resource Department-Training and Development Section. Her commitment extends to being a trainer in Planetree's Compassion Human Interaction workshop, emphasizing the importance of compassionate Person-Centred Care.
With an extensive experience of fifteen years in the perioperative arena, obstetrics and gynecological surgeries, oncology, urogynaecology, neuro surgeries, and pediatric surgeries across diverse countries like Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and India.
Her influence is further demonstrated through successful leadership in various Quality Improvement projects and research studies at WWRC. Neethu's expertise in developing educational content for various educational activities and academic training videos and workshops solidifies her as a guiding force for the next generation of nurses, ensuring a legacy of knowledgeable and compassionate healthcare professionals.
