Dr. Mohammad Adnan
Senior Consultant Pediatrics / Neonatology HMC, HHQI Faculty
Dr. Adnan is currently senior consultant pediatrics – neonatology in Women’s Wellness and Research Center, part of Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) where he is also leading quality and patient safety in neonatal intensive care unit.
Dr. Adnan joined HMC in 2002 as a specialist at the Pediatric Emergency Center and he completed his fellowship in neonatology in 2011. Dr. Adnan undertook the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and the HMC Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Fellowship in 2015 and was a member of faculty for HMC’s Best Care Always Campaign.
He is also a faculty member and coach for the Clinical Care Improvement Training Program (CCITP). Dr. Adnan played a significant role in Women’s Wellness and Research Center readiness for the Joint Commission International accreditation, and he has led several locally based improvement projects.
