Mark Adrianne A. AgramonPHRN, USRN, MAN, ICGB, TQMP, IHI-IA
Mark Adrianne A. Agramon is an IHI Improvement Advisor and Project Coordinator at Hamad Healthcare Quality Institute (HHQI). Mark is currently the Program Director of the HHQI’s Intermediate Quality Improvement Course, Program Manager of the HHQI’s Improvement Specialist Program and the HHQI Program Manager of the Age-Friendly Health Systems Collaborative. He is a faculty of the HHQI’s Capacity and Capability Building Programs such as the Fundamentals of Quality Improvement Course, Intermediate Quality Improvement Course and the Clinical Care Improvement Training Program. Mark has led and worked on large-scale transformation programs focusing on health systems improvement and service development since 2013. He was also the HHQI’s Program Manager of the National Patient Safety Collaborative (Sepsis and VTE) from 2018 to 2020.
He has obtained his Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Nursing (Major in Medical – Surgical Nursing) from the Philippines in 2008 and 2013 respectively. Prior to working in Qatar, he has held various positions in Clinical, Academe and Corporation Services. He also hold professional qualifications in healthcare quality, project management and nursing such as IHI Improvement Advisor, Total Quality Management Professional, Project Manager Accredited Certification, IASSC Six Sigma Greenbelt and as a Licensed Professional Nurse in the Philippines and the USA.
