Ms. Lamiaa is working as Senior Quality Improvement Reviewer in NCCCR, Qatar’s sole cancer service provider under Hamad Medical Corporation. She is a competent and highly skilled quality professional which is validated with international certification (CPHQ-Certified Professional in Health care Quality). Along with her professional role, she is a Clinical Microsystem Coach, Quality Advisor, CCITP Coach, CHI (Compassionate Human Interaction) lead facilitator. She completed her BSN Degree from Alexandria Nursing University with honors recognition in 1999. After her clinical experience at University Hospital in Egypt (1999 -2000), specialty experience (2001 -2004), she Joined HMC - NCCCR in 2004 as registered nurse in inpatient unit. In 2009 she was promoted to the Quality department. She participated and led many quality improvement projects and demonstrated excellent outcomes. She completed many improvement training programs like Clinical Care Improvement Training, Improvement Leadership Program currently pursuing as improvement specialist program. She is a key driving force in the JCI accreditation and certification process. She has outstanding skills in communication and facilitation, and she is an excellent team player. She was recognized for her dedication, commitment, and professional attitude. ​
