He is a prominent authority on improving healthcare processes and known for his passion and expertise in the science of improvement in the HGH. He has been recognized in multiple local and international conferences for his innovations and articles on just culture, lean tools, patient flow, and patient safety.
He has a wealth of expertise in data analysis and leading both small- and large-scale quality improvement (QI) projects as an Improvement Leader and Coach. As a rising star in quality improvement, his innovative concept of "leanomics", the application of human factors engineering and HRO principles in improving safety, and his research on just culture, are just a few of his well-known and well-loved works.
He is now completing his Improvement Specialist (Expert) Program with the IHI and HHQI and is an international scholar at the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing's Pathways to PhD Program.
