Eman educational background includes a BSN from Ain Shams University and an MSc in Health Care Quality Management from the Quality Institute in Egypt., she joined the medical ward at HMC april2004 for almost eight years then, she joined the case management dept. as case manager, she assisted and supported patients' discharge plans and enhance patient flow for another eight years, hence, she was promoted to Quality Management/Improvement Reviewer at the Dental Hospital to gain new experience in community health care. Finally, she moved to HHQI corporate as a Core faculty & Coach in several training programs of HMC/HHQI on Quality improvement learning activities and collaboratives across HMC. And act as CCITP Coach.
