Ms. Betty Jaison​​

Ms. Betty is a Head nurse from pediatric Emergency Al Saad. After completing her nursing education from India Betty joined HMC in 2001, before joining HMC she had the opportunity to work in India. She started as a staff nurse in Pediatric Emergency Center. Her hard work and leadership skills prompted her to be promoted as charge nurse. Her passion in quality improvement activities led her to receive promotion as Quality Improvement reviewer and eventually as Head Nurse.

With over 20 years of experience in nursing, she is a highly experienced and passionate nurse who is dedicated to improving healthcare practices in the area of involvement through Quality improvement initiatives and advocacy. Betty focuses on Quality Improvement projects and initiatives of the department along with her clinical responsibilities as a head nurse. She combines her clinical experience with evidence-based practices with practical strategies that can be implemented in own healthcare settings.

She is a member various committee, where she advocates for improved nursing practice, patient care standards, and healthcare practices and policies.​
