With 13 years of expertise in quality improvement initiatives, Miss Aleen is a health care professional with over 27 years of experience working in a healthcare context. Miss Aleen holds a BSN in Nursing from University of Calgary, a master’s degree in international health care management from University of Essex, Certified Professional Health care Quality (CPHQ), Mis. Aleen is also certified as a health care quality associate by the American society of Quality. Throughout her career, Miss ALEEN has been passionate about improving patient outcomes, and enhancing the overall quality of care delivery. She led numerous projects aimed to improve patient experience, reduce waiting times, reduce hospital acquired incidents and improve efficiency. Her work has been recognized at multiple conferences as a speaker and poster winner, she has been rewarded as a star of excellence locally and regionally. In her current role as head of quality improvement, ALEEN oversees a team of quality improvement specialists and works closely with the multidisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and implement sustainable solutions. Aleen is highly committed and dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within her organization.
