Dr. Aisha Hussain Al Adab
Dr. Aisha Hussain Al Adab is a senior Consultant in Medicine specializing in Pulmonary, Allergy, and Sleep Medicine. Dr. Aisha started out in her Medicine career after earning her MD degree at the Arabian Gulf University in Bahrain. She then proceeded to complete her Internship and Residency Programs at Hamad Medical Corporation in Qatar. She furthered her career as a Pulmonary and Allergy Medicine Fellow in 2010.
Dr. Aisha became a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians (FCCP) in 2013. She then completed her Fellowship Program for Sleep Medicine at King Saud University in Saudi Arabia in 2014. Dr. Aisha has been very active in teaching Residents and Medical Students, particularly in the field of Pulmonology. She has also participated in a number of research projects at Qatar University and Weill Cornell Medical College – Qatar. Dr. Aisha is an Assistant Professor in Clinical Medicine at the Weill Cornell Medical College – Qatar. She is also a Health Foundation Quality Improvement Fellow, (IHI fellow), a graduate of Boston 2015-2016, and Certified IHI-Improvement Coach.
