Dr. Ali Ibrahim Ali Rahil, MBChB,ABIM,MRCP,FRCP
Dr. Ali Ibrahim Rahil is a Senior Consultant of Internal Medicine at Hamad General Hospital, Hamad Medical Corporation. He also holds a position of Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in Weill Cornell Medical College-Qatar. He is Associate Program Director of the Internal Medicine residency program and Chairman of the Guidelines Committee of Internal Medicine of Hamad General Hospital as well as the corporate guidelines committee.
Dr. Rahil has more than 20 years of experience in internal medicine with interest in endocrinology and diabetes. He has experience in educating students and residents where he has received several awards of Best Teacher from internal medicine as well as from Weill Cornell Medical College-Qatar. He is an examiner for Arab board and MRCP-PACES UK examiner.
Dr. Rahil has several publications in peer-reviewed journals and is actively involved in organizing and conducting mock exams and courses for residents in the department of Internal Medicine. He is also instructor of Advanced Life Support (ALS) of European Resuscitation Council (ERC).
