Prof. Marina Backhaus
Professor Marina Backhaus is Professor of Rheumatology and Imaging Techniques and Head of the Department of Internal Medicine - Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology at the Park-Klinik Weissensee, Berlin Germany, an academic hospital of the Charité University. Professor Backhaus has organized numerous ultrasound training courses and has published more than 100 peer-reviewed papers in the field. She was the coordinator of the ACR Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Group (2006-2010), is a member of the Faculty of EULAR Sonography courses, the OMERACT Special Interest Group on Ultrasound National Imaging in Rheumatology.
