Dr. Labib initiated and led the Qatar National Sepsis Program, National Sepsis Guidelines and chaired Qatar World Sepsis Day 2014 to 2019. Ahmed is Vice Chair and Clinical Lead of HMC Sepsis Program from 2014 to 2020. He has extensive clinical experience of 25 years, of which 12 years have been in the UK National Health Service.
