Currently working as Senior Consultant Breast Surgeon since November 2012. Dr Anand trained in Delhi, India and retrained in UK at Barts London, Royal Marsden London as a surgeon. Dr Ambika Anand was the Clinical Director for Surgery for Pilgrim Hospital UHLTrust Lincolnshire and Lead of Breast Surgery for UHL Trust Lincolnshire before coming over to HMC Improving Patient care and Training residents is her expertise She has been an Associate Program Director for Gen Surgery Residency program 2014-2019) and Program Director For Breast Surgery Fellowship (2016-2019)She was the Lead for Communication Skills Program at HMC from July 2017to June 2022
