​ME Forum 2020 Registration

Thank you for your interest in the Middle East Forum on Quality and Patient Safety, 2020.

Registration is open to all clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals, allied health workers and medical students. The Forum will be held at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) in Doha, starting with pre-conference excursions on Thursday 19th March and pre-conference sessions on Friday 20th March, followed by the full conference on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd March 2020.

The registration fees are outlined in the table below. You can register and pay by credit card online through the registration link (more information on cash payment stations will be provided closer to the event date).

Students / Trainees / Interns & Medical Residents:
Registrants in this category who attend the conference will be eligible to receive an attendance certificate.  CPD hours will not be awarded.

Poster Presenters:
Accepted poster submitters will be invited to register for this category. 

  • • Approved poster presenters are eligible for a special discount (for the primary author and up to 9 co-authors).
  • • Only approved posters will be eligible for the discount.

In-person registrations:
Visit one of our conveniently located registration desks.  These Payment Centers are open from 8am – 2pm, Sunday to Thursday until 18 March 2020.  Cash payments only.
