- Submission of an abstract constitutes agreement to the guidelines and conditions set forth by the Organizing Committee. No further revisions by the author(s) will be permitted once the abstract has been submitted.
- Only fully completed abstract submissions will be reviewed.
- The reviewers reserve the right to validate the submission, request additional information, and make decisions regarding acceptance or rejection.
- Upon selection, the mode of presentation (either oral or poster) will be determined by the reviewers. An official notice of acceptance will be sent to the submitting author via the conference's official email.
- The decisions of the reviewers are final, irrevocable, and not subject to appeal.
Abstract submissions will be evaluated by an Abstract Review Committee comprising an independent panel of judges. A double-blind review process will be conducted using a validated rubric. The final score for each abstract will be calculated using an averaging system, and proposals will be ranked based on these average scores. Only the top-scoring abstracts for both oral and poster presentations in each category will be shortlisted for the next level of evaluation.
All approved abstracts will automatically be entered into a competition. Winners will receive recognition awards, which will be announced on the final day of the conference.
