Reception areas for patients and visitors are located in the Main Foyer, Outpatients, Emergency, and Rehabilitation Departments. Each area has its own car park, entrance and counter. These counters are the point of contact for patients, family and visitors to ask questions, seek information and give feedback.
The Main Foyer reception is open from 7am to 11pm every day and the team has been specially trained to meet the needs of patients and the public by providing them with information, guidance and assistance.
Please be assured that all discussions with representatives are private and confidential. In addition we have a special team of Qatari nationals who can assist you with enquiries and a Mutawa office to meet your spiritual needs.
