Examination rooms are equipped with everything needed to examine a patient. Patients are assessed for discharge or are admitted for observation. Prescriptions are also issued and laboratory investigations and procedures such as x-ray, urinary catheterization are ordered and carried out in a designated area (laboratory and procedure room).
During the discharge process, patient families are given educational pamphlets (translated into four different languages: English, Arabic, Urdu, French) to help them learn more about their child's condition.
