Yasser K. Alotaibi MD, SSFM, ABFM is a family medicine consultant and quality improvement specialist from Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His previous experience was in the Medical Services Directorate of Ministry of Defense in Saudi Arabia where he was a Quality Improvement Specialist and soon moved up to the position of Medical Officer with rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He is certified in Advanced Field Medicine and as a Family Medicine Trainer; he is also a certified Lean Management Professional and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He is currently completing a year-long professional assignment as a Fellow at the Institute for healthcare improvement (IHI) in Cambridge Massachusetts, USA.
