Mr. Adil Ahmed


Assistant Executive Director, Customer Services, Hamad Medical Corporation


Adil is currently the Assistant Executive Director Corporate Customer Services (Nesma’ak). In his previous role as Acting Director for Strategic Planning for the Center for Patient Experience and Staff Engagement, Adil was responsible for complete project management and rollout of the award winning Nesma’ak program. During the last seven years at HMC, Adil has been involved in a number of health improvement programs in the areas of dentistry, OPD and surgery. As a senior project manager, he helped setup a functional PMO in the Center for Healthcare Improvement and successfully commissioned the Hamad Patient Contact Center (HPCC) as part of the OPD transformation program. Prior to joining HMC, Adil worked as a Project Consultant based out of Dubai Healthcare City where he worked with both government and private clients in hospital planning and operations. With a bachelor degree in management, a certified Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB) and a chartered Master Project Manager, Adil’s experience spans over 18 years in healthcare operations, change management, consulting and management. Having worked in Dubai, USA, UK, Pakistan and Qatar, he has an extensive working knowledge of various public and private healthcare systems.
