He had his residency and training in Medicine & Nephrology FCPS from Pakistan. He completed his Nephrology Fellowship from Hamad General Hospital, Doha, Qatar. He also did Fellowship in Nephrology from the University of Ottawa, Canada. He is the organiser, coordinator, and member of Scientific Planning Committee of World Kidney Day.
He has Multiple Publications including Study on “Mortality of Dialysis Patients in Qatar” published in Qatar Medical Journal. His Study on “Safety and efficacy of taurolidine/urokinase versus taurolidine/ heparin as a tunneled catheter lock solution in hemodialysis patients: a prospective, randomized, controlled study’ was published in Nephrol Dial Transplant.
