Please register only under your specified profession otherwise your registration will be invalid. Nurses and allied health professionals who registered as physicians will not be accepted and incorrect registrants will not be eligible for CPD nor get their payment refunded

Please note all registrations must be completed in advance via the registration website. There is a strict no on-site registration policy and walk-in registration requests will not be entertained on the day of the symposium.
