- Ensure your abstract is clear, concise, and relevant to one of the listed themes.
Who Can Submit?
We welcome submissions from medical students, nurses, EMS personnel, technicians, and physicians. Both national and international participants are eligible to submit abstracts.
How to Submit
- Prepare your abstract according to the guidelines above.
- Select the relevant theme(s) for your submission.
- Complete the online submission form.
- Submit your abstract before the deadline.

Important Dates and information
Abstract submission starts 25 April 2026
Deadline for abstract submission: 25 June 2026, (11:59 PM Qatar Time)
Notification of acceptance: 25 July 2026
Conference Dates: 12–14 November 2026
Accepted abstract will be published in JEMTAC or QMJ (TBA)
After presentation and during the closing ceremony, there committee will nominate the best
five abstracts
Additionally, there will be two
special awards for the best 2 abstracts in the field of trauma surgery and vascular surgery.
