Mr. Ridha Miladi is a Clinical Program Manager-Medical Affairs; and HMC & Healthcare Operations Manager - Medical Affairs, Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, SCDL (Secondment).
He graduated from the University of Medicine, Sfax, Tunisia with the Applied bachelor’s degree in Anesthesia & ICU and has an experience of five years as Senior Anesthesia Technologist in Tunisia.
He has more than 30 years of healthcare experience, diverse leadership experience and management, exposure to plant operations, production planning and healthcare management.
He has managed many programs and projects at the Hamad Medical Corporation under direct supervision of Dr. AbdulWahab Al Musleh for more than 20 years.
He served for six years at the Clinical Information Systems Program (CIS) as CIS Specialist and Assistant to the Executive Chief Medical Information Officer and played a vital role in managing the day to day activities and mentoring the CIS staff in all phases of the EMR implementation in all HMC facilities.
He has 10 years of significant accomplishments in developing training strategies, improving quality and utilization management programs at Hamad International Training Centre HITC - HMC as International Instructor in Emergency Programs (EMT, Life support, Trauma and Disaster Management), Public Education Program Director and Project Manager.
He also has 15 years of experience in the domain of pre-hospital patient care and EMS management both in Tunisia and Qatar. He has participated in managing the Emergency Medical Services in Qatar for five years and played an outstanding role in initiating and developing the advanced pre-hospital care.
