Dr. Naemi is a graduate of Tripoli University Medical School. He trained in anesthesia in Northwest of England, with higher training in neuro-anesthesia and advanced pediatric anesthesia.

Dr. Naemi has been practicing since 2001, including 6 years at Salford (Manchester UK) the Regional Neuroscience Center, one of the best performing hospitals in the UK. In 2019, he moved to Qatar. Dr. Naemi has vast experience in providing comprehensive perioperative care for complex spinal deformity surgeries.

He had multiple posts during his career in HMC, and in addition to his current posts, he was Former Vice Chair of WIP, Middle East section and Former Lead of Regional Anesthesia Committee, HMC. He is also a reviewer in BMJ and SJA.
