​Dr. Bridget Javed                                               

Dr. Bridget Javed graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy in USA.  After graduation, she completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency and a Primary Care Specialty Residency at Parkland Health & Hospital System in Texas, USA.  Dr. Javed has practiced as a Primary Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Texas and held a clinical cross-appointment position at Hamad Medical Corporation.  Her responsibilities included providing medication management services from pediatric to geriatric patients. Currently, Dr. Javed is an Associate Professor and Director for the Doctor of Pharmacy Program at the College of Pharmacy at Qatar University.  Dr. Javed’s research interests and peer-reviewed publications are in the areas of patient education, pharmacy education, professional development, and clinical pharmacy practice.
