Nawal Khattabi

Ms. Nawal Khattabi is the Director for Risk Management, Patient Safety & Patient Engagement  at Primary Health Care Corporation. She earned a Master’s degree in Human Factors and System Safety from Lund University in Sweden, a Master of Science in Clinical Engineering from University of Montreal and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnique Montreal. Ms. Nawal received her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from More Steam University. She is also an ISQUA Fellow, a certified Healthcare Risk Management professional by the American Hospital Association, and a certified Project Management professional by the Project Management Institute, USA.
